Become a Member of SAA
SAA membership is on a calendar year basis and dues are prorated March-August. If applying during these months, please contact the membership department or 800-222-2336 to obtain the current dues rate.
Payment of dues acknowledges that you agree to abide by the Code of Ethics of the American Academy of Audiology. Member also consents to receive all electronic communications sent by the Academy unless the member expressly communicates to the Academy membership department that they do not want to receive them.
An SAA Member graduating with their doctorate degree is eligible to upgrade to professional membership status FOR FREE for the remainder of the membership year. Discounts are also available the first two years of professional membership.
Submit a completed application along with a copy of your most recent Praxis scores or audiology state license.
An SAA Member must be enrolled full-time in a doctoral-level audiology program at an accredited institution. An SAA Member must not be eligible to be a Fellow Member. SAA Members also receive membership in the American Academy of Audiology.
Submit a completed application, detailing your expected degree along with institution and anticipated graduation date. A signature from a current Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology must accompany your application.
SAA Undergraduate Associate
An Undergraduate Associate member is one who is either enrolled in an undergraduate program or post-baccalaureate program at a regionally accredited institution of higher learning. Undergraduate Associate members may not vote or hold office, but shall receive all Academy publications and materials and are entitled to all other benefits of membership. Undergraduate Associate members must have an active interest in the field of audiology. Undergraduate Associate membership will terminate upon matriculation into a doctoral program in audiology.
Submit a completed application detailing your expected degree along with institution and anticipated graduation date. A signature from a current faculty member must accompany your application.
