She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh\, where her passion for audiology was sparked by observing interprofessional collaboration in a cleft palate clinic in rural Pennsylvania. Seeing the vital role audiologists played in a multidisciplinary care team inspired her to pursue a career focused on improving communication outcomes across the lifespan. Caroline’s clinical interests include pediatric diagnostics\, hearing aids and cochlear implants\, and interprofessional care for children with craniofacial conditions. She is especially passionate about early intervention\, family-centered counseling\, and advocating for accessible hearing healthcare for underserved populations. \nAt the University of Iowa\, Caroline serves as the President for her university’s Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) Chapter. Outside of audiology\, Caroline enjoys taking hot yoga classes\, spending time outdoors on walks or hikes\, and exploring new restaurants with friends. She is excited for the opportunity to network with audiologists and fellow students\, learn from their experiences\, and help spread awareness about important advocacy issues through SAA newsletters and outreach efforts. \nBraidyn Milner \n \n\n\n\nBraidyn Milner is a third-year AuD student at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
