1. Why did you decide to become an SAA Committee Volunteer?
I love volunteering at the national level with the Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) because it provides me with the opportunity to meet new audiology students, hear about events other chapters are working on, and do my small part to advance our organization and, in turn, the profession.

2. What do your responsibilities include within your committee?
As a member of the Chapter Relations Committee, I help foster the lines of communication between SAA chapters and the national organization through projects such as Chapter Challenges. I have also been able to generate buzz for the Program Ideas Bank, where chapters can submit and find event ideas.

3. Within the profession of Audiology, what are your primary interests?
Within the diverse profession of audiology, I am most passionate about pediatric audiology, aural (re)habilitation, implantable devices, and private practice.
