1. Where do you hope to see yourself in five years?
In five years I hope to be practicing Audiology in a busy hospital setting in the Northeast, Ohio area. I thrive on a busy schedule and love the wide array of patient population as well as inter-professional connections that are made in a hospital setting!
2. What are your goals for the Chapter Relations Committee?
The Chapter Relations Committee hopes to keep students connected - with each other, with other chapters, and with national SAA! We hope to keep you engaged and active in the SAA community so you can make the most of your experience as an audiology student.
3. What advice would you give to current AuD Students?
The more you push yourself outside of your comfort zone (with anything- involvement, leadership, research, etc), the more you are going to grow as a result of your experiences! Getting the most out of this experience means walking a fine line of saying “yes” and saying “no” – always be open to grabbing up a new experience, but be aware when you’ve got too much on your plate, and learn to say “no.”
4. Tell us a fun fact about you!
I have an identical twin sister! We're simultaneously extremely similar and exactly opposites. I also have a four year old cat who has me and everyone she knows wrapped around her paws.
How can AuD students get in contact with you?
The best way to reach me is through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
