The Handbook of Intraoperative Monitoring [11]
This book was originally published in the 1990s and sold thousands of copies worldwide. Although the book is out-of-print, the author, Dr. Beck continues to receive hundreds of requests annually for copies of the handbook. Dr. Beck, content editor of the American Academy of Audiology, has allowed audiology student members of the Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) to access and download the handbook free of charge for academic and non-commercial purposes.
