Speakers

Jeremiah Hauser

Jeremiah Hauser is a third-year AuD student at the Northeast Ohio AuD Consortium (NOAC) and will complete his fourth-year externship at the Northeast Ohio VA. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from Kent State University. Born with a unilateral hearing loss, Jeremiah’s lifelong experiences in audiology clinics inspired his passion for the field and commitment to support individuals with hearing loss. He currently serves as the Programs Committee Co-Chair for the National SAA Board of Directors and previously served as the DEI Liaison and Committee Chair within his local chapter. He is also active within his church, serving as the youth department president, graphic designer, and worship leader, and serves as the COGIC Mid-North Regional Young Men in Ministry Coordinator for Michigan, Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys running, fishing, and baking.

Caroline Henning

Caroline Henning is a second-year Doctor of Audiology student at the University of Iowa. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh, where her passion for audiology was sparked by observing interprofessional collaboration in a cleft palate clinic in rural Pennsylvania. Seeing the vital role audiologists played in a multidisciplinary care team inspired her to pursue a career focused on improving communication outcomes across the lifespan. Caroline’s clinical interests include pediatric diagnostics, hearing aids and cochlear implants, and interprofessional care for children with craniofacial conditions. She is especially passionate about early intervention, family-centered counseling, and advocating for accessible hearing healthcare for underserved populations.

At the University of Iowa, Caroline serves as the President for her university’s Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) Chapter. Outside of audiology, Caroline enjoys taking hot yoga classes, spending time outdoors on walks or hikes, and exploring new restaurants with friends. She is excited for the opportunity to network with audiologists and fellow students, learn from their experiences, and help spread awareness about important advocacy issues through SAA newsletters and outreach efforts.

Braidyn Milner

John Williams

John McKenzie Williams, MS, is a third-year Doctor of Audiology (AuD) student at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. He holds a Master of Science in Population Health Science from UMMC and a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Mississippi College. John will complete his clinical externship at Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport, LA, during the 2026–2027 academic year. His clinical and research interests include cochlear implants, pediatric electrophysiology, vestibular audiology, and health outcomes research. John has been actively involved with the Student Academy of Audiology since 2023, serving as founder and President of the UMMC chapter and as a member of the national SAA Education Committee. He plans to pursue a career as a clinical-research faculty member with a focus on mentorship and evidence-based care. Outside of audiology, John enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his two dogs.
