As a part of our efforts to advance relationships between Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) chapters, national SAA has developed a series of Chapter Challenges to help grow engagement in our profession, and build a sense of community among students of audiology. Furthermore, as future audiologists, it is paramount to be active participants in the advancement of our profession. We encourage all chapters to participate!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NATIONAL SAA CHAPTER CHALLENGE:
- The National SAA Chapter Challenge program is divided into five main categories: Advocacy, Education, Humanitarian, Fundraising, and Inclusivity and Representation.
- Complete the Chapter Challenge Submission Form before the deadline for each period.
- Points can be submitted in three different periods during the year.
- Period 1: March 11-October 6, 2025 (submission deadline October 8, 2025)
- Period 2: October 7-December 12, 2025 (submission deadline December 14, 2025)
- Period 3: December 13, 2025-March 13, 2026 (submission deadline March 15, 2026)
- Read the descriptions and directions on the submission form carefully to understand how points are tallied. There is a designated "notes" area in each section where supplemental information can be added as needed. Make sure to include all activities in which your chapter participated. Points will be tallied and scores will be communicated to all chapters at the end of each submission period.
- If you have questions about how an activity should be tallied, please contact Braidyn Milner, national SAA Chapter Relations Committee Chair.
- The top THREE chapters who earn the most points will be declared Chapter Challenge Champions.
- Winning chapters will:
- Receive a certificate of recognition from the national SAA;
- Be featured on the national SAA website and on national SAA social media;
- Receive recognition during the 2026 SAA Conference in San Antonio, Texas.
