Katelyn Herne

Katelyn Herne is the 2022-2023 Wisconsin SAA State Ambassador and a second-year doctor of audiology student at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She earned a bachelor of science in communication sciences and disorders, as well as studying psychology and behavioral neuroscience. In addition to serving as the Wisconsin Ambassador, she is the social chair of the UWSP SAA Chapter. Katelyn is excited to connect and collaborate with other SAA chapters across the country. Her interests in audiology include diagnostics, tinnitus, hearing conservation, and central auditory processing. Off campus, Katelyn enjoys reading, crafting, taekwondo, and finding the best local coffee shops.
