Rebekah is a third-year doctor of audiology student at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). She earned a bachelor’s of science in speech, language, and hearing sciences from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2019. She is an active member of her local Student Academy of Audiology chapter at UTD and serves as the UTD student liaison for the Texas Academy of Audiology. Rebekah currently works as a research assistant for Dr. Linda Thibodeau in her Hearing Health Lab at UTD. She has presented several research posters at national and state audiology conferences. Her current research interests include

electroacoustic verification of hearing aids with smartphone connectivity, aural rehabilitation, and assistive listening technology. She plans to work as a pediatric audiologist following graduation.
