Not Ready for the Board? Volunteer Instead!
If Board service isn’t your thing (yet), volunteering is a fantastic way to get involved. Volunteers serve one-year terms and work on committees or task forces that align with their interests. It’s a great way to:
- Network with students across the country
- Collaborate on national initiatives
- Build leadership and communication skills
Volunteer applications open each Spring for current national SAA members.
Final Thought: Just Say Yes
You’re training to be a skilled audiologist—why not grow as a leader too? Getting involved with national SAA connects you to ideas, people, and opportunities you won’t find in the classroom.
Take the leap. Apply, nominate, or volunteer. You’ll be glad you did.
